"Great hotel, clean gym, needs more weight in dumbbells, only had up to 50lbs"

"I stayed at this Super8 because I was having surgery at a hospital nearby. I needed ice packs after surgery and BOTH ice machines were broken!!! The desk clerk offered me a bottle of frozen water which was kind but not helpful. My daughter tried to use the gym but the machines were broken !!!! The upkeep on this property is dismal. The rooms were clean so kudos to the cleaning staff but the management needs to improve !!! Fix your broken things so the $$$$ I spend is worth it."

"The room was great. Check in was easy. Any request was taken care of in a timely manner. Property location was great. My conference was at The Gaylord Resort and Convention Center. 8 mins away at all times. "

"I experienced a massive cockroach infestation in my room, I was planning to stay 5 nights but left after 3. The last night I was unable to sleep because there were cockroaches of all sizes everywhere in the room and on my suitcase as I was trying to leave. They need some serious attention to the issue. The front desk staff was unhelpful when I checked out in the middle of the night. Avoid this hotel unless they get some serious bug control. Extremely disappointing stay in what should have been a nice trip to the DFW area. One positive is the patio area is nice and lush with greenery. The rest is to be marked and avoided. "

"First room had leaking toilet and smell terrible, we were moved to a different room and the bottom sheet had blood stains, aside from the staff the property is in bad shape. "

"Quite a good property. Large room although it did have a small shower/toilet room with a sink opposite the bed? A little odd. Breakfast was quite nice. One of the two lifts was not working during our stay. Best feature being a short walk to the factory outlets across the road."
