Tesla Fremont Factory

I am lodging a formal complain here for a refund. The hotel gave me a Queens bed instead of a Kings bed room which I had paid for. BY the time i realized it was late night and the room was all spread over for me to move out. This was a very bad experience and I demand monetory compensation.

Shashi Hotel is really nice and well kept! Staff very helpful! There is a huge parking lot that used to be free to park. They are now charging $20 for parking. Patrons now are parking on sidewalk, which is unfortunate that such a quality hotel is having customers park on the sidewalk leaving the hotel parking lot largely vacant. Please return parking to free for customers. It doesn't feel good having such a nice hotel have customers park on the sidewalk. It doesn't match the vibe of the hotel! Thanks for your consideration!!!
