First time checking in at the front desk. I smell someone smoking cigarettes. Then we saw a bunch of ants crawling on the bathtub and wall. No perks on late check out. Worse of it all, housekeeper open the door without knocking or checking in to say "housekeeping'' on us while we were getting dressed.
