The hotel itself was immaculate. The room was also immaculate. The bed was so comfy. I didn’t wanna get up the next day. I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff members were extremely nice. I will definitely stay here each time. I come down to visit My Son.

Upon arrival the refrigerator didn't work. They replaced it the next day. Breakfast was to start at 6:00 am At 6:30 still wasn't ready. The location is good. The place needs quite a number of repairs, but the quality is reflected in the lower price.

Our stay was decent. You can tell the room we were in had dogs or animals in general previously. I complained because the bathroom doors were covered in paw prints. The bathroom floor covered in hair and fur. Not acceptable whatsoever. So we complained and got another room on a different floor. This room was decently kept. The hotel says smoke free but it smelled like marijuana all day long. And I have a toddler. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever especially if you have kids. As we did complain they did give us a discount but that’s not the point at all.

The general manger was very rude and accused me and my husband of being poor because he wouldn’t run my card correctly. After about an hour of being on the phone with Expedia I asked him to try running the card again and he rolled his eyes and said it’s not going to go through and then to no surprise it did and his whole attitude changed. The breakfast was pretty good and the pool was amazing

This is a good quality La Quinta in the Fremont/Bay area. It has clearly been some time since there was a remodel, but everything was in good working order and the staff was helpful and friendly. The price for a bay area hotel is outstanding! If you are the type of person that can overlook "the little things" and still have a good stay (like me), then this place is perfect and you won't break the bank.

The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. I like their continental breakfast a lot. The hot waffles really hit the spot. Very reasonable nightly rate. Got a lot of bang for my buck. Was in one room that was VERY dirty had toe nails between the beds and on and behind night stand got moved to another room . Even dirtier. Actual poop on bathroom counter . Roaches in the second room were coming out during the day. Front desk staff was great though. Got me my refund quick no struggle.

I stayed three nights for a work trip. The room itself was reasonably comfortable for the approximately $100/night rate. I slept well and the A/C worked great. Unfortunately, several basic issues made the overall stay disappointing. The front desk was unattended for approximately 20 minutes when I arrived around 7 PM, with two other guests also waiting. More importantly, my room had no hand soap or body soap for my entire three-night stay. I reported it the first night and was told soap should be available the following morning. I was also told there was a gas station across the street if I needed some. Soap was never provided during my stay, and I eventually had to use watered-down shampoo. The shower water was consistently barely warm throughout all three days. It was slightly warmer one evening, but I never had a properly hot shower. I also found dark mold/mildew-like discoloration along the ceiling/seam in the shower area and took a photo of it. Breakfast was basic and underwhelming, although the make-your-own waffles were a nice option. I don't expect luxury at this price point and can easily overlook things like a small TV or a limited breakfast. However, soap, adequately hot water, and a clean shower are basic hotel expectations regardless of the nightly rate. The room was comfortable enough for sleeping, but the maintenance, cleanliness, and service issues would prevent me from staying here again.

The room was in OK condition. The bed was done. Everything was clean with the exception that the restroom was not wiped down and trash from previous guest was not thrown. I had toiletries that were left from previous guest.. but I will say they did bring the towels quickly after I called and requested them. But the elevator wasn’t working.

The issue wasn’t the room or the staff. TBH, they did as best they could with what they were given, and then some. The “business center,” though, left something to be desired, and maybe it was just bad timing, but there were so many barking dogs around. I get “pet friendly,” so as I said, bad timing. But the room was safe and secure, and I had a decent WiFi signal for streaming. Maybe a wider refrigerator? And also check the thermostat, the one I had was a little warm.
