「Good parking facilities. Hotel is right in town which is a real bonus. Staff were helpful and friendly. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. We went instead to a very charming cafe just for a change. Unfortunately the down side of the hotel are the rooms. We had a twin room, nice view and large. However the decor was very tired and frankly grubby. The bathroom was ok but if you tried turning round in the bath whilst having a shower you could, and I did, crack your...

「Staff were absolutely incredible. Dianna on reception was courteous, polite and ever so helpful. Thank you for making me feel like home during my stay. Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. 」

「No hot water in the morning, bathroom sink to small for taps ended up soaked on 2 occasions. Security chain taken off door. TV very small however staff were very professional and extremely helpful nothing was to much. I think hotel very tired needs updating and security on doors.」

「This is an okay place to stay while visiting St Leonard’s and Hastings. It seems to be a family-run place and full breakfast is provided and is good.Quick walk to the train and to the beach and laundromat. Some improvements have been made to the property which are cosmetic and actually quite silly. There was an attempt to make this old hotel look opulent while neglecting things like upgraded beds and bedding, soundproofing rooms, replacing broken window seals and fresh paint on the exterior....

「It is on the motorway to London from Dover or channel tunnel. Very convinient as there is 24 hours cafe and shop next door. We were on the way to Legoland with 2 kids, and we found it very clean and comfortable. The service was also nice and family friendly. We will be happy to use the place again. Price is so reasonable!」

「Junior Suite was comfortable and spacious with a newly refurbished bathroom (shower over bath). There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, nice soft towels, robes in the fitted wardrobe, sofa bed made up as a bed in the adjoining lounge when we arrived. The leisure facilities are quite old but we knew this when we booked. The water in the jacuzzi was nice and hot and the pool a good size. Amy in the Beauty Rooms did a great Swedish massage and was very welcoming and friendly. We...
