"I requested an early check-in so my family could get ready for a wedding, but unfortunately that did not happen. I understand that early check-in is not guaranteed, which the staff explained when I arrived. I first checked at 1:30 PM to see if our room was ready, but it was not. I checked again at 2:45 PM and then again at 3:30 PM, and each time I was told the room was still unavailable. Eventually, at 4:05 PM, I was checked into a different room because the original room was still not ready. The wedding started at 5:00 PM and was about 20 minutes away from the hotel. This left only about 15 minutes for two adults and two children to get dressed and ready before we had to leave. The situation created unnecessary stress and put a significant damper on what should have been an enjoyable occasion. While the staff was courteous, I was very disappointed with the room readiness and the overall check-in experience."

"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property and guest rooms felt very old, worn, and in need of renovation. The two beds in our room were extremely small, comparable to twin-size beds, which resulted in my husband having to sleep on the couch so that our family would have enough space, while our 15-year-old son used the second bed. The furniture throughout the room was scratched, damaged, and appeared overdue for repair or replacement. Additionally, the common areas of the hotel showed significant wear, including damaged walls and peeling paint, which did not meet my expectations for an Embassy Suites property. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating, promptly providing extra towels and assisting with our needs during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with security was quite the opposite. We found the security staff to be rude and unprofessional when addressing guests regarding outside food in the patio area, despite the fact that we had also purchased food and drinks from the hotel bar. Overall, the condition of the property and the level of customer service from certain staff members did not meet the standards I expected. While I appreciated the kindness of the housekeeping team, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"When I booked the photos showed a modern room, modern shower/faucets. When I checked into the room it was an outdated room, bathroom severely outdated with 4” square tiles throughout, old, rusted and stained sink and shower/tub fixtures, moldy silicone at the tub/floor base, and dark stained shower grout. I requested to be moved into a room to match what I paid for and expected and was told I’d be put in an upgraded room with a view. Let me tell you…as nice as the view was the view wasn’t worth it- the hotel is literally an old house and all rooms were bedrooms at one time so they are very very small. The floors are creaky and you can literally hear anyone and everyone through the bedroom door, walking the hall and staircase. The walls and door are paper thin. Someone rolled their luggage down the hall and banged each step on the staircase as they dragged it down and woke us. It was loud. If you’re looking for some adult time with your significant other, this isn’t the place unless you’re ok with everyone hearing so much as a simple conversation through your door and walls. If I were to stay again I’d try the Casita or a Suite, simply because they seem more private, newer, etc."

"Good, clean room; staff was pleasant and breakfast was excellent. Only problem was trying to use the TV in the room. Remote didn't function properly, replaced batteries, but still essentially useless. It was like you needed your own paid subscriptions to access anything at all."
