"Super friendly and helpful staff! Checked in to the first room and the TV did not work right so moved 2 doors down. The young lady at the desk checked the TV first before we moved, which was nice of her. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. There were plenty of people coming through and eating and the person doing foodservice did a great job keeping everything refilled, etc. Apparently they are in the middle of a remodel or something like that as it is an older building. Very good location, close to tons of shopping and the Temecula Promenade is a mile away and easy to find. Oh, and the price was very affordable! My only issue at all was the room floor had not been vacuumed. Neither of the rooms had been vacuumed in a while. It makes me wonder about how well the rooms are cleaned between guests? Having said that I would definitely stay there again. The staff is great."

"The room was gross and unacceptable. Stains on the bed, hair in the sink, dirty bathroom countertop, and the beds were extremely hard. I was only there 10 minutes and left to stay elsewhere. Front desk gentleman, Daniel was the only good part. He was kind and empathetic. Informed me he wasn’t a manager so there wasn’t much he could do except offer a different room. I had already booked elsewhere at that point because I was so disgusted. He also disclosed an issue with house keeping. They were short staffed. When I tried to ask management for a refund the next day, they refused and cited that it was because I didn’t take the room change I was offered which is ridiculous. It shouldn’t have been held against me in those circumstances. "

"This hotel offers a fantastic and lively experience. The property has multiple restaurants with a great variety of cuisines, so there is always something delicious to try. The events and functions were wonderful—there was constantly something happening, from music and dancing to great opportunities for wining and dining. The hotel itself is comfortable and very clean, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything the property has to offer. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay with plenty of entertainment and dining options right on site."
