「It was ok」

「Staff helped out many things, including how to take the bus, and how to transfer to the train to downtown. Breakfast was fantastic, fruits, wheat bread I like, special sausages, potato’s cakes, all kinds of drinks (milk, chocolate, soya, tea.) Parking is easy.」

「Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating.」

「Great place to stay outside of Madrid downtown. Convenient for where we needed to be. Clean. Comfortable. I can understand the reviews that say this place is hot in summer; the window doesn’t open fully for security reasons and the air conditioning is okay for autumn/winter but probably tough in summer. Amenities are all good but for a short stay (unlike a student. This is student accommodation btw) for tourists it is a bit inconvenient. They will give you pots and pans to cook with and plates...

「Awesome hotel! I love it. Highly recommended.」

「Wierd place and not very clean, especially in the communal areas. Taps were not secure in the wall of the bath/shower. Wierd place」
