"Wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel Madrid Atocha We booked the Hard Rock Hotel at the very last minute, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Every member of staff was consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive — not only to us but also to our dog, which made the stay even more special. The beds are incredibly comfortable, with high-quality sheets and pillows that make for a perfect night’s sleep. The water pressure in the shower was excellent as well — a small detail that really made a difference after long days exploring the city. The only minor suggestion would be to add more places to hang used towels in the bathroom. Overall, we felt truly comfortable, well looked after, and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. A big thank you to the entire team and the General Manager for a job very well done!"

"Great location. Easy access to metro stations, dining, shopping etc. The room felt a little Small, but it was overall great. We were there for only one night so we didn’t mind at all. We could store luggage which was great. Overall great stay"

"La personas son muy serviciales, el hotel queda céntrico, lo mas que me gustó es que el desayuno es hasta las 12 pm lo que permite dormir un poco mas. El desayuno es variado aunque pequeño pero mucho mejor que otros hoteles. El otro servicio muy bueno es el rooftop que sirve comidas sencillas y bebidas hasta bien tarde en la noche. Es un hotel que regresaría."

"Friendly and helpful staff greeted us every time we came through the door. The hotel is quaint, but immaculately clean and well designed. Great beds, nice shower and plenty of space in the bathroom. Our room had an excellent view of the plaza and the views from the rooftop bar were even better. The metro station is directly in front of the hotel entrance and countless restaurants are only a short walk. This street is also Madrid's equivalent to Broadway and has all the theaters running major productions (we splurged and got last minute tickets to The Lion King because we couldn't pass on the opportunity). Central to everything you'd want to do as a visitor to the city. Great price, great amenities, and you couldn't find a more convenient location. "

"Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too."
