"The first thing is the location. We walked everywhere, and it had amenities, restaurants, clothing stores, etc. it was across the street from the beautiful Plaza España The room was modern and we loved the fact the it had no carpet. Clean and comfortable The rooftop is a cherry on top with amazing view of the Gran Via"

"Clean room with 24/7 service at lobby. Staff is helpful and the location is very ideal. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only downside is that there was only 1 elevator in operation serving 13 floors with a max capacity of 5 people. This could result in delays or climbing up to an alternate elevator on Floor 2 which was not ideal."

"Everything was good, staff was very helpful, hotel is in a good condition. I would like to add a few notes to help it become even better. 1. In our room there was a cat pee smell in the bathroom. 2. Pillows were super stiff - as a result we couldn't get a good night rest. 3. Side note - I would highly recommend to put some kettlebells in the gym - they don't take much space, yet provide a great workout. Thank you!"
