"Great location, very clean facilities and room. The buffet each morning was wonderful and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Within walking distance to the royal palace and cathedral (8 min) and just off the Gran Via. The metro stop is a block away and easy to use once you understand the stops and stations. Taxi stop right out the door so very easy to grab one. "

"The staff were excellent. Check in was dealt with quickly and easily with the female receptionist thankfully speaking English. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Location could not be faulted and very little noise for it being right on the Gran Via. "

The room had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and comfy. Staff were lovely and attentive when we needed them. Would highly recommended to stay here"

"The room was clean and the staff was excellent. They took care of our delayed luggages when it was delivered by the airline days before we arrived. I like the common area at the 5th floor. The only con I have was the 2nd room we stayed needs some repair. The glass panel that serves as an end table were coming off the rack. The window can noy be shut completely.But I will stay at this hotel.as it has great location too."
