The hotel staff where all very nice but where so unorganized had to make multiple phone calls to ask for a crib, property is beautiful and well maintained, room was cleaned but carpeting was dirty"

"This is a beautiful historic property that is extremely well maintained and inviting. Our host was very knowledgeable about its history and she was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious with so many options, prepared and served by our host in a relaxed and friendly manner. We stayed in the Happy Trails Room and the bed was quite comfortable. The decor is lovely and the many amenities provided were great. One small inconvenience is that the bathroom is quite small and does not have any counter space, although there is one small shelf above the sink to place personal items. However, this did not diminish our time at the Inn and we would love to return for another stay soon."
