「It is well maintained」

「The property was beautiful. The room was very nice but it was dark and the air-conditioning was extremely noisy. The room layout was difficult for my 90 year old mom as there were a couple stairs right after you opened the door and a step going up to the living area and another step going up to the shower. The breakfast was delicious. If you don't have accessibility issues, I would recommend」

「The first room I was in the key didn't open the door, I had to go back in the lobby and have them activate the key cards. Then the toilet wouldn't flush, the curtains were hanging off the curtain rod, and there were bugs on the bed and all in the room!!! It was NASTY! I called the front desk and they told me that they would send up someone to fix the toilet. We got our bags and went right back in the lobby where I told the lady behind the front desk and told her there are bugs in the room, She...
