"First time visiting Red River! The location was perfect, the river in front of the cabin was one of my boys favorite part of the trip. Host was easy to book with and replied to questions we had about the area. We can’t wait to come back! "

"There was no A/C in our room, only a box fan . The temperature in our room was uncomfortably warm. Staff was friendly when I inquired about getting a room with A/C, but no other rooms were available. It may not be uncommon for hotels in NM not to have A/C in all their rooms we were just not accustomed to that and our family didn’t sleep well as a result . Luckily , we only stayed one night , but it would’ve been a major issue had we booked this room for longer. "

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Its location is very convenient and close to the ski area, which made our trip even better. The property management team was outstanding, always attentive, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests are comfortable.
