「The check in was ridiculous. There was 5 people in front of me and it took 30 minutes because there was 1 person working the front desk. At some point a 2nd employee came to the desk but wasn't helping people get checked in. He seemed to be asking the person who was working what was going on. Then finally we get to the room and it was disgusting!!!!! The bedding hadn't been washed and the comforter was covered in long white dog hair that stuck to my clothes. 「From check-in to check-out the staff were accommodating, attentive, and courteous. The room was perfect in every way for myself, my husband, and two adult sons. LOVED the natural soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! What I disliked was the very personal and loud conversation of 2 female staff on 7/12/26 at the continental breakfast. It interfered with my morning solitude .」

「This hotel has amazing front desk staff: period. Thank you! Great pool The Suites are pretty good layout but the cleanliness/upkeep of the furnishing is not so good. My daughter was supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa but she was horrified of the stained couch so didn't sleep there. 「Great location! We stayed in a newly renovated suite and loved it. Beautiful, cozy furnishings and plenty of space. There were even pots, pans, and a hot plate to cook. Check-in was smooth and staff was super helpful all-around. Highly recommend!」
