"We got stuck when the faa Closed airspace due to Venezuela attacks. We were scrambling for a family of 4 for a place to say. This place was spacious, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again and appreciated all the help getting us in before check-in so we had a place for all our luggage etc. your cleaning crew does an amazing job the place looked brand new. "Everything was great at the resort. We had a wonderful time. If you want to get chairs by the pool or by the lagoon, you better get up really really early because people tag the chairs and then go back to their rooms and go to sleep. So get up early tag your chair and maybe fall asleep in it but other than that it was a wonderful day. Cheers to Adam in the front who is the man who took care of everything."
