"secure door at front. lacking basic essentials paper or dish towels, ice cube trays, utensils, dish soap. same bath towels for 6 days-yuck. extra charge if we wanted clean towels. shower curtain let water seep to floor. No broom or mop for floor."

"Upon our arrival there was no electricity. We were not shown how to use the remote for the TV as and the key for safe we had to ask for it. The prices in the rooms for chairs and coolers are posted less than the actual rental. They were nice enough to help with the rental"
