Staff were nice. Hotel is a bit dated (eg hallway carpets were stained). Hotel was digging up entrance while we were there, which created a lot of noise and inconvenience - it would have been nice to know this when booking. Parking was a pain because they didn't have enough parking passes for all guests. This stuff would have been bearable if we had paid a reasonable price. Instead we paid for a premium experience but received something far less. The hotel somewhat recognized this by giving us free breakfast. However, that fell way short of making it right. We travel a lot and this was the worst value for the money we spent, ever.

My family and I had a great experience at this resort. The food was delicious at every restaurant. The beach was beautiful. The staff was delightful. I am mostly grateful to Stacy from the front desk. She was more than helpful during an emergency I experienced during our stay,
I highly recommend this hotel.
