"Todo estuvo excelente, nos quedamos 3 personas y no nos sentimos apretados. Los departamentos en Japón de por si son pequeños pero este no tenia ningún problema. Contaba con estufa y todo los platos y utensilios para cocinar incluyendo tetera. La estacion esta a menos de 10 min caminando, por 160 yenes llegas a la estacion de Ikebukuro en 5 min para transbordar a la linea Yamanote :) Inclusive si no quieres pagar, la estacion de Ikebukuro está a 30 min a pie. "Located in a neighbourhood with alot of Girl Bars, Karaoke, and nightlife, the overnight noise lasted into the early mornings every night. This can easly be remedied by playing music or white noise but the windows only can block so much. The next morning, the locals are cleaning up the streets from the night life, so if you get up and walk around before 8am, the area is still a work in progress. Please don let this distance yourself from a fair price, great location if Shibuya is what you are...

"Property is in a residential neighbourhood just a block from the main road. It's roughly 10-15 walk to either Shibuya or Ebisu station both major stations to a variety of places in Tokyo. In either direction you will encounter plenty of restaurants choices ranging from a variety of choices. A supermarket which closes at midnight 2 blocks away, coffee shop, and of course plenty of convenience store options as well. "It's an aged flat, it is good for short stay as it is close to Oedo line, just 5 minutes walking. "

Washer dryer was available in condominium. It does a great job. However, there was no laundry detergent. I had trouble trying to figure out what to buy due to minimal English on packaging."

"Hotel was very good for our purposes. We are a family of 4 adults and accommodation was comfortable for us. The room is furnished with laundry and drier, microwave oven, oven toaster, ref, and you can actually cook as well if you prefer. The hotel is a bit far from the nearest station though, maybe around 750 to 800 meters. Which is actually generally fine except when you have your luggages or on your way back after a full day of activities :)"
