"It was clean, comfortable and nice staff. A great view over the prefecture. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows where amazing!! I wish I could have taken one home. But I am not thief so there you go😄 The Omiya station was very close so getting in to town was easy. I recommend going through the Omiya station to the other side. It's quite a buzzling and nice area to hang around when you just want to eat something, shop and take it easy."

"I stayed in the Grand King Room on the upper floors. Was so lovely to have a massive comfy bed, room to stretch out in, a great TV, free flow drinks in the bar and an excellent quiet breakfast buffet with fresh handmade food beautifully presented and served. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and even though it's a little out of Tokyo centre, I enjoyed the peace of that and the east access to stations within walking distance.
