"Our room was good sized, especially since rooms in Japan are typically much smaller than the United States. The hotel had a floor with washer/drying machines and a microwave. We had an excellent view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building which has light projections at night. The hotel had a 711, restaurants, shops and some art displays to enjoy. The airport limousine bus stops directly at the hotel, which was a perk when booking our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend and stay at again."

"Room was great and the view ever better. We got the Skytree view room and it was so beautiful to see at night and to wake up to in the morning. The staff was extremely friendly and a huge help with making reservations for transportation, I will 100% be checking back here on my next trip. "
