This is a 4-star hotel, according to Google Map. But the room is very small. The coffee packet is instant 3-in-1 (coffee, creamer & sugar, which I as a prediabetic cannot drink (or for people who prefer black coffee). The soundproof is not good, and we could hear noise through the wall. Many things at the breakfast buffet is lukewarm or cold. My friend took a meat bun and found the meat inside cold. On the plus side, there's an anti-slippery mat in the shower. This is my second time staying at the hotel. I most likely would try another hotel in Taizhong next time.

The staff were really kind, there were plenty of good amenities like coin laundry, water bottles in rooms, and breakfast buffet. The room I stayed at was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
