環境乾淨惟因草木較多比較有蚊子，建議自待防蚊用品。 渡假村覺得最喜歡之處是園區內環境寬敞，植物茂盛，尤其是蝴蝶真的很多，讓人很驚艷，渡假村的服務人員跟老闆娘都很和善，尤其是老闆家族的人都很親切，為人至樸純真也很熱情，很讓人暖心，而住宿之小木屋內環境則尚可。

其他都還可以，就是隔壁房太晚入住太吵了，這邊吵完，換另一邊，隔音不太好。

乾淨舒適唯隔音較差

房間雖然老舊但是維持地很好，而且清潔非常乾淨!屋內就有飲水機很方便，床跟枕頭都很舒適，唯一可惜的是隔音不好。附近有便利商店、加油站，上阿里山方便。

整體很不錯，會想再入住度假得好地方

優點： 六人房小木屋，樓中樓有小客廳，很不錯；收據開立有問題，反應後立即更換，櫃台人員及闆娘服務親切；早餐選擇性多，補菜速度很快，桌子清潔有酒精擦拭 缺點： 601房馬桶蓋和馬桶不符，歪斜，坐得時候會突然振動嚇到〈退房忘記反應〉建議更換；1樓小房間的櫃子內放了很多發黃的枕頭，建議撤除。

小木屋很乾淨空間大，早餐是在隔壁f hotel吃，餐點普通，我們有烤肉，雖貴些但工作人員還幫忙起火，過程很開心，隔日有阿姨導覽解說，小孩學到不少生態知識，是很不錯體驗
