"There were a lot of great things about this property and some things could use improvement. Great things were location, parking & house entrance on one level, quiet street, comfy beds, nice dining space & good bath towels. The washer broke but the dryer worked & the owner was very responsive. Electricity went out because of fires in Reno & house had no lantern, two old used-up candles & a dying flashlight. Seemed inadequate for an emergency. No extra batteries anywhere. Pillows on the bed are really old. We enjoyed the coffee, had good showers and watched Netflix & live TV news. It met all our needs just wasn’t luxury. Not a bad stay."

"The condo was a perfect home away from home. So comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Truckee. We loved the updated look and having a washer and dryer was very convenient. We were able to use the pool, driving range, and Donner Lake as well as downtown Truckee easily. This is the best place we’ve found for a week vacation to Truckee."

"Great place to stay for our family summer Truckee getaway! The property was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had all the kitchen staples you could need. We used the HOA amenity cards which gave us access to the private beach and pool (for a fee) which our kids loved. It was warm in the middle of the day with no a/c, but the property had fans and with the windows open at night it cooled down very quick. We would definitely come back!"

"Summertime visit (August) - Amazing view, very quiet, and a nice summer breeze with mountain aroma. Great spot for morning coffee.Cozy couch and chairs… dining room table was nice for family dinners. The stand up arcade game was fun… I played Galaga mostly, but it has a few to choose from. It got a little warm in the house during the high heat, but we just went to a lake and cooled off. Easy peasy."

"Very conveniently located near town and amenities. Plenty of parking and bedrooms for 3 generations.Only thought is that it could use another TV in a bedroom for the kids to watch their shows in the evening, otherwise great!"
