"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "I stayed at the Radisson RED with a friend for 4 nights. We are both manual wheelchair users so finding suitable accessible accommodation is often tricky. No issues at all at this hotel. Staff were friendly - getting back to me shortly after booking to confirm that an accessible room was available and reserved for us. Level access to the hotel and good lifts made getting into and using the hotel easy. The accessible room was fantastic; plenty of room for us to move around and the bathroom layout and facilities in the room were well thought old. The room was kept clean and tidy by the staff each day. We didn't use the breakfast/bar facilities but the options available looked plentiful. The hotel location was also amazing, around a 15 minute push/walk from the Krakow main train station (as well as bus options) making attractions in the city and beyond really easy to reach. There were also accessible tram stops nearby. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Krakow and further afield."
