Hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained. Hotel's staff was very polite, offered to call for a cab to airport, found an adapter, so I could with the electronics made in American in Poland and offerred other services on the hotel's premises. Thank you

Wow. This place has a grocery store on the ground floor. I was in some kind of suite that was bigger and nicer than my apartment. The buffet is great and the restaurant has very good for for lunch and dinner. There trams right outside the front door that go to old town that cost very little to ride. Great option to stay here and get way more for your money as opposed to getting closer and paying more. The tram takes 20 minutes to drop off in center.

Very nice interior and comfortable beds. A shop is within walking distance. There is a tram stop across the road for the city centre and other locations. The staff are very friendly and bilingual. An uber from krakow is only about £10 and 15-20 minutes.

Customer service is rubbish at this property, we paid for nonsmoking room but upon checking in the room stunk of cigarettes and damp , we have to call the police in order for them to change the room !

Large rooms, all with balcony and kitchen area (2 ring electric hob, microwave, large fridge with small freezer compartment). 4 night stay, rooms not serviced “due to pandemic”!! Some noise through the wall from the neighbouring room on the last night. Convenient for the cluster of offices at the Life Science And a technology parks, also the Jagellonian University campus, but Kazimierz and the city centre are a 10-20 min taxi ride or 30-40 mins by tram.
