It was frustrating that I wasn't told about the additional surcharge on my credit card when I made payment. Also, it was useless having a $25 food credit when the restaurants I could use it had only one starter which was vegan. My room was also not cleaned properly, and the towels not replaced, just folded and put away. All in all, a very average stay.
