THE SPACE
You have exclusive and unrestricted access to your very own space within our home - a private upstairs apartment inclusive of everything you could possible want from a grand stay in Sydney

• Bondi Beach is car or bus, or 2km downhill walk to the start of the famous Bronte to Bondi Walk.
• We can recommend a number of nearby cafes with great coffee, our favorite has an onsite bakery. Restaurants in walking distance include Hungarian (great schnitzel), Thai, Nepalese, Indian, Pizza, Tapas bar and the popular Duke of Gloucester Pub (locals call the DOG)

Amazing
Toby's house was beautiful. Private section of the house for guests to use stocked with cereal, milk, coffee some snacks ect pretty much anything you need Toby provided. The bed was so comfortable and even the bathroom was stocked with everything we could need. Toby went above and beyond for us even going so fast as to calling us after we got evacuated from our concert and came to pick us up in the pouring rain. We could not be happier with our stay. Thankyou for everything Toby all the best to you Judy and sugar!

We can't speak highly enough of this lovely accommodation. Clean and phenomenally well equipped, comfy bed, lots of space, great location easy access to bus and train system. Simply the best.
What can I say..it was lovely..Toby and Judy were so welcoming and friendly. They insured my stay had everything I needed.The unit was comfortable and spacious and well equipped, plus en suit laundry (bonus). And it was very convenient to the transit system. Also close to Queens park and cafes and grocery stores. It felt like home, so much so that I’ve already booked with them next year. Thank you Judy and Toby for the best experience. So if your looking for the best place this is it.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
What an amazing apartment! Much larger than we were expecting. The bedroom was huge and so much storage in the walk-in wardrobes. The kitchen had everything you needed and so much more. The welcome pack was amazing and much appreciated. To top it off, a lovely all day sunny balcony just off the lounge overlooked their lovely garden, perfect for breakfasts, lunches and evening meals or just to sit and chill. The apartment was immaculate and very homely and Toby and Judy were the perfect hosts. By far the nicest accommodation we stayed in during our 8 week trip to Aus and we stayed in plenty as we moved around. A massive thank you once again to Toby and Judy.

We had a wonderful stay and would no5 hesitate to recommend or return. We hope to do so one day. Our hosts were the kindest of people, the location was excellent and we visited all the local beaches and could easily get into the city. Super hosts and accommodation for our visit to Sydney
Our hosts Toby, Judy and sweet Sugar made our pre-cruise stay in Sydney most enjoyable. The suite has all the amenities one could need and included Judy’s delicious home-made cake. With Toby’s “Opal “ cards and directions we used the bus system to get around town to Taronga Zoo, Bondi Beach and The Rock. We heartily recommend this cozy suite as a home away from home.

A gem in suburban
One of my best stay in Sydney . Toby and wife Judy are wonderful and very hospitable host .
