"Beautiful motel great location "

"The room was very clean and spacious! There is a fridge, kettle and a coffee machine but no microwave. Whenever I got food delivered, I had to throw away whatever I couldn't finish as there was no way to reheat it (you could go down to the lobby and wait there if someone got it done for you but I'm not doing that at night in my PJs). The aircon was pretty good but it did not cool the entire room, only the direction it was aimed at."

"Only if you must. My room had no phone. Was NOT cleaned twice. Reservation mishap due to breakfast. One elevator out of 2 broke down twice. The young lady at the front desk was SO rude and could care less in providing a solution to my phone issue. She told me i was contacted but I was not. She Literally told me to live with it. Very rude and arrogant. I need it since i have 4 other rooms booked. And this is in spite of the fact that I have booked for 5 rooms for 7 nights! Room given to me sounded like it shared a wall with a night club and had to asked to be changed. It was such a disaster stay! Had pleasant experiences with Ibis in other countries thats why i booked it for our Sydney vacation. The worst experience in all of Ibis i have stayed in various countries! Some staff though were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is in a good location. But all in all the stay was EXTREMELY disappointing! Will book in other hotels when i return to Sydney! "

"Everything was pretty good for the price. The bed was comfortable which is one of the most important things and the breakfast was buffet for only $21 which is crazy knowing a coffee and a croissant cost that in any cafe. "
