Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disgustingly filthy . Had to buy cleaning detergent to thoroughly clean balcony which was soaking wet , had cockroaches & debris everywhere. Oven filthy , microwave filthy , bathroom filthy . Tv didn’t work , tried the 4 remote controls to get it to work , looked the the sides of the sofas to see if could find another one & the amount of dirt & rubbish down there was horrible. Tried multiple times to get them to reply to my messages , totally ignored . Expedia however were great .
