"Great hotel with easy connections to train downtown or buses to the beaches. Being next to a large shopping center and pedestrian street is hugely convenient. Suite was big and affordable for what we got."
Adina Apartment Hotel Coogee Sydney

"We enjoyed our stay at Adina Apartments. The location of the apartments is great - only a few minutes walk to the gorgeous Coogee Beach and surrounding cliff walks, as well as a series of lovely rock pools, including the 100 year old McIver Ladies Only pool. (Highly recommend swimming there. A unique experience.) The apartments couldn’t be closer to cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, organic store and take-away options. The kitchen was adequately equipped for our 6 day stay. The reception staff were excellent - friendly, seemingly happy in their work and extremely helpful. The cleaning staff were also excellent, friendly and helpful. I would have given Adina a 5 star overall rating, but I have one complaint, which, to my mind, is significant. I chose this accommodation over other possible local accommodations, solely because it advertised an indoor swimming pool - which I checked as being heated before I made my booking. When we arrived we discovered that it definitely was NOT heated - and yet it remained so for a further six days, the total duration of our stay. This was unacceptable. IMV, when a heated pool is advertised as one of a place’s attractions, when the heating malfunctions it should be speedily repaired."
