Beautiful hotel, with superb service (with one exception). The physical beauty of this hotel brings the beauty of the sandstone exteriors to life with interiors which are more than a match. This hotel is in a neighborhood outside the tourist areas but near restaurants and night time activities. It's on the cutest little tree lined street with historic buildings. It's a gem. The hotel staff are very welcoming and always greet you with a smile. It's not like a hotel but more like staying with family friends in terms of welcome. Perfect location in Sydney for my honeymoon! We received a free room upgrade and once staff learned it was out honeymoon they surprised us with a free bottle of champagne and chilled glasses right at our door. We had a beautiful view on the top floor, and the bathroom was clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location, exceptional staff. This was our first trip to Sydney and this hotel was a perfect introduction to the neighborhood, and ideally located for us to explore the city.

Immensely enjoyed my stay at Medusa. The property features an eclectic mix of rooms to fit all needs, with lots of room to relax in and fantastic toiletries to pamper yourself with. The service is excellent, with Sean and the staff available to greet you and there to handle any needs you may have. The desk is not staffed 24 hours, but there's a concierge service available via phone if you do need to reach someone after hours. I really loved this hotel. Nicely renovated and beautifully decorated. The digital check in was great for our late arrival. The bathrooms are very stylish. I’ll come again!

Staff was super friendly. Location is perfect. The hotel has a cafe and restaurant right downstairs plus a rooftop bar. Only downside is it’s really difficult to do rideshare and not much parking available in the area.

Great location and facilities.

Nice stay in the loft suite. Wish the balcony had actual furniture but I stayed during winter so I wasn’t able planning on being out there long as is. The shower doesn’t have a door so some water runs out, but there are multiple drains. Found it very spacious, had a well stocked kitchen, helpful housekeeping, & my Uber Eats orders and car pickups were always well received. Enjoyed the quietness of the hotel compared to some other Veriu properties. Would definitely return!

From the fast check-in through to check-out, everything was very smooth throughout my stay.

Tucked away behind Green Square train station is this little gem. Quirky and unique throughout, with super comfy beds and pillows. Clean and offering laundry facilities, I was really impressed with the hotel. I was there for work and will be choosing to stay again when I return as it is a great location and close to all the hot spots I enjoy.

The location of this hotel is awesome! We got the view of the Opera House & Harbour Bridge.
