"As a solo traveler, this place had everything I needed. The room was a bit on the small side for my liking. But it was clean, had a nice TV and a balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The interior of the building is also very aesthetic. Very few plain walls which was nice. I would stay here again."

"Excellent location! We walked everywhere. Helpful staff. We kept luggage at the lobby before check-in and after check-out which was great. Room was clean and had a wonderful view. Breakfast was nice."
Macleay Hotel

"I really enjoyed staying at the Macleay. The staff were helpful and courteous, allowing me to have a delivery sent to the hotel, bringing it to my room while I was out, and helping me with travel adapters twice. The location was perfect, Macleay street is right in the middle of Potts Point, near loads of cafes and restaurants. Also, a short stroll to the botanical gardens and Sydney opera house. Equally, Kings Cross station is just a ten minute walk for further transportation links. I’d easily recommend the Macleay to a friend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again myself."

"Experience was amazing with staff and parking etc but there is construction going on next door and it was loud. Take your ear plugs and put some white noise on & you will be fine. I love the way they have decorated everything. All the cactus’s. If you are two couples there is a room that has two separate rooms within the rooms. One has two singles and the other has a queen bed. Very convenient for us. Thank you hotel hacienda."
