"Only 1 night (Sunday) - great location to old town Zurich. Hotel was as advertised. Airport shuttle was good add'l benefit. While we didn't eat raclette there (had our fill elsewhere) - the line was out the door - so must be good. Breakfast Buffet was "typical". Tapas place across the street worth the visit."

"Considering it was renovated in 2021, the bathroom still looked dated. Felt like because we did not book directly with hotel they but us in a less than ideal room. Room was directly in front of elevator (4 ft away) and beside breakfast dining entrance ( 4 ft away). When asked if it would be noisy in morning being beside dinning, reception staff just said “depends on your tolerance”. Reception staff when we arrived was not very friendly, but the other staff the rest of our stay were nice."
