"The staff are very welcoming and attentive, which made my stay pleasant. There's a Life supermarket right next to the hotel, this is super convenient for tourists who need to buy groceries often. The breakfast offered a lot of varieties, especially love the view of the Skytree there and the cozy environment. Self-checkout process went through smoothly too. The hotel lobby looks artistic and the bedroom is very spacious. A minor suggestion would be the bathtub height, it's a little too high for elderly, even for young adults. We have to be very careful when stepping in and out from the bathtub. Overall it's a great choice amid Tokyo region. "

"We had an excellent experience at this elegant hotel! Staff, rooms and amenities all excellent. The area is well appointed and very close to transport. Importantly do ask for a room on the river side and above level 5. This will give you a view of the river as opposed to the other side where the view is less appealing. But overall, a great choice! Do visit the Eathquake Exhibition and memorial in the nearby park."
