「The room was cosy, nicely decorated, a good size, and with a large and comfortable bed; it would have cost two or three times as much in a hotel - and that's without the generous and tasty cooked breakfast (there are other options on the menu) which - like the excellent WiFi - is included. The shower was a good size, but (and this is my only reservation, which I'm sure will be addressed) had poor water pressure. Parking space is for 2, maybe 3 cars (depending how the others park!), but free...

The location is beautiful, across the road from the ocean and beaches, along with several excellent walks. My room was very comfortable and cosy with nice updates, although part of the charm of the hotel is its age which does show in some of the common areas. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, although a few more healthy options would be appreciated for...

「Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay.」

The staff were pleasant. Parking plentiful. Breakfast (eggs, hash browns, beans, sausages, bacon etc.) was included. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. Perfect for our stay.」

「So close to the beach and all amenities and right next door to The Pavillion where we were going that evening. The room was just right though small and compact. The bed very comfortable so got a good nights sleep. It was all very clean which was fab. Lovely tasty breakfast. The parking was difficult as so busy but everything else made up for it! Would definitely visit again.」

「We had a lovely stay at the High Corner Inn. It is a lovely pub in a beautiful area of the New Forest. The food is great, we had dinner and breakfast in the pub. As it is right in the new forest, our stay was peaceful and there are plenty of walking routes. It was also nice to see the New Forest ponies wondering around the surrounding area of the Inn.」
