"This location and house are so excellent that it makes the trip. This place is so luxurious that this may as well be the object of our trip. It runs right next to the river, and enables a family to play, relax and explore for hours. We also enjoyed the games, the amenities and the location itself. It is a minor distance away from neighbors and the town, just far enough away for privacy and a feeling of exclusivity. We were so blessed to rent this place, as it was also an excellent Midway point...

"This home is beautifully updated and well maintained. The yard is wonderful if you have pets. A very important detail that’s not mentioned in the listing though, is this home is directly adjacent to a very active train track that comes through with horns blaring throughout the entire day AND night. Bring ear plugs if nothing else."

"tiny homes are new to me so I didn't know what to expect. We wanted to go someplace out of the metroplex to see the stars on a moonless night. The interior was attractive, efficient and kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Beds were comfortable. Everything was arranged so we didn't have to step around furniture. There was a fire pit outside with four chairs. The drive up the gravel road presented no problems. We saw roadrunners and jackrabbits and a lot of hawks and buzzards. We will return again on another moonless cloudless night."

"We came to Texas for high school graduation- location was great close to small town for graduation. Property was comfortable and fun, we had 4 people staying overnight but during the day had about 12 and hosted comfortably the large outdoor patio was so great. Indoors the pool table and slide were a hit. So many things to look at indoors with memorabilia, my only suggestion would be closet or drawer space for guests."

"INCREDIBLE property! We had our annual Girls/Mom trip here and it did not disappoint! The views and the property are beautiful and completely private. We enjoyed spending the majority of our time on the back porch and down at the dock on the water soaking up the amazing views and sunshine. We even enjoyed the little hike down to the water. The house had everything to entertain all ages and was very accommodating and cozy. All of us agreed we would love to come back and bring the families and of course book again for our girls trip! 10/10 recommend this little jewel of a place right on the water with perfect views!"
