Everything was great and clean. The location was very quite and secluded. We loved the property. I only nock it down a little because of all the stains on the wall. I think it would be nice if the owner provided some dinner tray stands as eating locations is limited.
It was exactly what I was looking for! A remote place away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I am in the process of writing a book and just needed to be by myself. The tiny house was awesome with the best view ever!! I took a walk everyday and enjoyed the rolling hills and woods. I will definitely be returning and will tell others about this treasure with a view!!beautiful
The tiny home was perfect for two people and had some beautiful views. We enjoyed the privacy and wish we would have more time to walk around the property and explore more. Finding the place was a challenge but the host helped get us on track to the instructions provided. Only down side was that the on demand hot water heater did not not provide adequate heat for the shower at all times. A

A little out of the way but well worth it. If you haven’t stayed in a tiny home yet, give it a try. There is a two mile drive down a dirt road. Through a gate and another quarter to half mile down a dirt road until turning down the “driveway”. At night it’s a little disorienting to get there, but once you arrive, all is good. The home was well kept and everything is new. There is a great view of the hills in the distance from the windows when you wake up to the sunrise. It’s very dark at night and you can see the stars. There’s a fire pit for those cold nights and a cornhole set if you are interested. There is a stocked pond nearby to walk to or if you want to drive there is a state park and a couple restaurants not far away. Stephenville is about a 45 minute drive. However, the best part is disconnecting from the hassle and stress of city living. Stay there over a weekend or a few days, you won’t regret it.
First tiny house experience and we enjoyed it. Only issue we had were the walls being dirty (possibly previous AC leak) and that the grass burrs will eat you, if you get off the main parking area. These two issues would not stop us from renting again, and we have all intentions to try and do so when we have a little more time to relax and fish. Thank you for sharing your property with us.
The property is beautiful! Directions to get there seems daunting when I read them but they were prefect and we arrived without any issue! House was clean with everything you needed to cook and eat! We will be back!!
It was a peaceful way to unplug and still be close enough to a main road. The tiny house was not only cozy, immaculate and well decorated, but the vibe was truly peaceful. We definitely will visit agaim
It was the best nights sleep! Out in the dark and able to see stars and hear the coyotes. Enjoyed everything about our stay. Only issue for anyone driving a car is don’t bring one that is low to the ground. Overall a wonderful time.
