"When I made this reservation back in March the agent handling the reservation spoke very broken English and was hard to understand, likewise she had a hard time understanding me. As I guessed she didn’t reserve the type room I wanted. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk person was very understanding and gave us the room I needed, a one bedroom suite. Moving your reservation call center to the US would be definite asset. We have stayed here many times in the past and always found it to be a fine place to stay. Close to restaurants, clean, well kept rooms and friendly staff. Will definitly be back, but will book online!"
