"The room was beautiful! We had a much needed time to relax in the hot tub watching the full moon rise. But there was no coffee or even a vending machine available to us anywhere in the property! No coffee in the rooms. No coffee pot in storage and no coffee at the coffee bar at all. We had to drive into town to get some. We couldn't even find a vending machine for drinks. Otherwise, a fairly wonderful stay."

"Repeat visitor here, comfortable, clean property with a gorgeous dock and view of Lake Brownwood. Exceptionally good host, very communicative and friendly.I visit Brownwood for an annual event but kept commenting to my traveling companion that I'd love to come back and stay in this VRBO with the rest of my family, and hope to do so one day."
