When we got there early we could not check early on a late Monday morning and we were NOT informed that the pool was empty and not available to use via the website nor when we checked in. Our entire party was very disappointed. Also the A/C unit was unusually loud and the room was very humid the entire time. 」

On second day was told to park my vehicle (pickup and enclosed trailer) off the property to make room for more potential customers at the side resteraunt. It was suggested to either park in the street/back alley or an open parking lot in what looked like an unoccupied business. There were still around 50% of the parking spots were open at the time. We left at that time, being we were denied parking access. No way going to park vehicle in potential...
