Food suggestions and many options to eat and shop. This hotel was over 100 years d with Asian inlays and carved furnishings. The Portuguese architecture was awesome blended with Chinese decor. "This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I wasn't going to book it as I don't stay in 3 star hotels but glad I did - as the hotel is fantastic. The level of customer service was noticeably excellent. Easily a higher 4 star hotel. There's a lot of history about this hotel and it's owner. I recommend taking the time to research it. 100% recommended to stay here during your trip to Melaka. Thank you to all the brilliant hard working staff in the hotel."
