ストーンブリッジ ホテル

「Stayed 4 nights. 3 out of the 4 we couldn't get to sleep until midnight or later due to noise in room above us. We ask front desk staff to speak to them about quieting down but we were met with a shrug of shoulders. Was told if another room became available, we could change rooms. They didn't appear to be concerned with our issue. All ice machines in hotel were out of order 3 out of the 4 days we were there. Breakfast was limited. Pancake maker was out of order, no fresh fruit, and orange and...

「The husband and wife that own it were very friendly, didn't bother you, but were available if you needed them. The breakfast was fenomenal. Check in and out was easy. The house was beautiful and the decor was relevant to the period of the home. I would highly recommend staying.」

「We had a comfortable stay meeting up with family in Boone for the weekend. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was nice before a day out on the trails. I loved the availability of water bottles and coffee in the lobby.」

「Clean helpful breakfast but fireplace is cosmetic only」

「Everything was perfect, very nice motel」

「This hotel was very clean and convenient location good amenities and very good breakfast」

「Great Place and Great Service」

「It was okay. Restaurant was great.」

「Ac ddnt keep room cool. Opened window 40 degrees outside. Made for long night. Breakfast wasnt worth getting and walking down the hall for. Just went across street to hardees. Thankfully pet friendly but not much space for dog on the side of a mountain hill. Id try another place next time to see if i could get a better experience. Great tv channel selection. Some good football games on.」

「We stayed 3 days and we enjoyed this hotel very much. Accessibility to major spots were excellent and Harris Teeter was within 10 minutes from the hotel. Only complaint can be less availability of kitchen such as sink, pot and microwave machine. But we could survive with ready-to-eat meals. Overall we recommend this hotel.」

「酒店对宠物友好，可是我不习惯那种味道。」

「The rooftop bar staff need some additional training on mixology The TV remote had dead batteries and a remote that was as counter-intuitive as anything i’ve ever encountered.」

「Our room was very big — much bigger than the other hotels I’ve stayed. We had some special because of our dogs, and the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful, as were the front desk and breakfast staff. Really positive experience.」

「Clean, comfortable beds and quiet.」

「Awesome place and location. Seamless checkin. Great communication. Will stay here again.」

「Very walkable location. Some noise from the road.」
