The room was clean, the TV was tiny and didnt have a clear picture, the outside trash can was overflowing for 2 days before it was emptied, and there were always people outside around the stairs smoking when you went in and out. There were really no amenities to speak of. Other than that it was great!

The staff was very nice and helpful, nice town and mountain views. The room I stayed in could use some serious remodeling.

Very thoughtful experience, can’t remember the last time I had a continental waffle iron breakfast. Nothing fancy, but the kindest staff you’ve ever met. Our dog and toddler were both welcomed.

The front desk representative was great. We got to the room and it smelled so bad that we turned around and left. Prefering to drive the 3 hours home at 10pm vs stay in this terrible place.

Do not stay here. Bugs in the tub, smokers on the balconies, no proper security lock on the door, microwave in lobby gets stuck, no napkins, and this is the short list. Went and bought my own sheets at Walmart to put on bed to hopefully avoid the bugs.

I paid for two nights and checked out after the first to move across the street to the Holiday Inn. Not worth the discount if you can afford to stay elsewhere. Very friendly staff. Very dirty room. The arm chair looked like it had been sitting outside for sometime and was extremely dirty. The carpets were filthy and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been mopped for months. Mold on the shower curtain. Stains all over the walls. Dust on everything. There were no bugs and the beds were made nice but the room was dirty.

The room and property were very run down and the bathroom was filthy. The lobby was awful and breakfast set up was dismal and quite frankly look dangerous. We just stayed one night despite having to pay for three when we booked it. Do not stay here. The pictures on the site do not represent the property.

Not being hyperbolic, this is the dirtiest and most run down hotel I ever had the displeasure of booking. Rooms are not as described and Expedia wouldn't help wit the refund. Let me list: Upon entering the parking lot there is a broken down vehicle on tires. The rooms reek of smoke even though it says no smoking. There are burn stains all over the furniture from previous smokers. The room in general is disgusting. Likely gently cleaned. Blankets had stains on them. The room was falling apart: Holes in wall, furniture beat up and broken, appliances extremely old. A hole on the wall was being covered by a stuffed tissue. Property did not feel safe. I could go on but this is the general experience. I left after 20 minutes as we had children with us and it was not safe to have them on property.
