「Great location and well kept hotel. We stayed in a medium sea view room and had a great stay. The customer service was also very good. The only thing I would skip next time is the breakfast as it wasn’t to our liking. Will happily stay again. Parking is limited and very tight!」

「Location is great, very near the city centre and close to the sea. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The property’s lovely and welcoming. Room was clean and the bed had good quality linen. Modern bathroom which was also spotless. All round a great stay!」

「Standard room = way below basic Room was terrible, like stepping back iinto 1980. Bed gave us sore back, room was boiling hot but they did provide a fan which helped blow the warm air around the room. Shower cubicle tiny and did not have a shelf to hold my toiletries . Without a doubt this is the worst room I have ever stayed in and will not return.」

「Had a very nice stay here. It is the first time we stayed. We had a larger room. It was very clean & newly decorated, such a bonus. For the price it was excellent, would recommend it. Staff were friendly. It was a good location for the town. Meals available, we did not use the these facilities, so carn't comment. We would stay here again. 」

「Comfortable bed, some noise from people on the landing as there was a gap at the bottom of the door but this was only a minor inconvenience. Friendly staff, plenty of teacand coffee in the room too.」

「I think the hotel is either new or newly run as they seem to be finding their feet. Check-in was 3pm to 4pm and when I called to say I might be around 6:30, I was told "it's only hour and a half from Manchester" and "there might not be anyone here after 5pm". It felt a bit abrupt in all honesty but when I arrived around 5:30 (Friday school holiday traffic), they were pleasant enough. Breakfast starts at 10:30 to 11:30 which is very late and checkout is 10am. Weird timings, hence my theory they...
