「There was a couple of issues but it is a very old building there was a broken light switch the toilet leaked and there was a parch of damp in one corner 」

The staff were extremely friendly and nothing that you asked of them was too much. Scott and Andrew the receptionists were both helpful and friendly. Not forgetting Pete.
