The breakfast served on the ground floor is excellent. Concierge service was also excellent, although the Versailles ticket were expensive and on Tuesday morning Versailles it was incredibly busy, too crowded to enjoy"

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."
