Perfect for our trip

This property was lovely and the host was great! It was off the main road, in nature but close to things. House was cute and had everything we needed. Parking was ample for two vehicles. No AC but fans and open windows were enough for us early august. Would reccond and there is a lovley coffee shop nearby.

Location

Fantastic location near town and ski lifts but felt remote due to tree cover. Great views from deck and kitchen. Well equipped for cooking. Furniture and flooring were clean but extremely worn. Could use some updating. The host is very responsive.

Easy and Convenient Stay

Amazing!

Beautiful home in the Kingsbury Grade Area. 12 Minutes from Stagecoach Lodge. We stayed during a storm and the driveway was promptly plowed. Beautiful view off the deck surrounded by tall pines that give you the feeling of being away from town, yet only a short 5 minute drive to the heart of South Lake.

GREAT House!

Awesome place! Quiet and a little secluded, but a 5 min drive to all the action. House has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Management team is exceptional!

Nice two day ski Trip

Property is as described in listing and reviews. Furniture is older but comfortable. Bar-b-que cooking surface was not clean and it is old but works but bring a lighter. Had to call for help with lighting in the bathrooms but Jovie responded quickly and circuit breaker just had to be reset. As mentioned in other reviews, be prepared to climb steps to reach the main floor. As mentioned by Jovie there are actually three blow-up mattresses and we used one. It leaked badly. Tried the other two and they had slow leak requiring filling during the night. Great location and view. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful après-ski hottub view on the lake!

Great place, well located close to main village and lifts. Older home but very cozy and warm with nice view. Great communication with owners!

Clean and Comfortable

Great place to stay. Clean. Comfortable. Nice neighborhood. Stairs may be too much for people who have bad knees (husband), pets (dogs), or the elderly (parents). Wish there was a place for dogs to use easily. Otherwise, we had a great time and would stay here again in the future with different company.

Wonderful weekend stay!

Great location, good lake view, nice hot tub, everything was clean and organized! Fun for a weekend with friends, close to heavenly village and downtown but also well stocked with games and entertainment system to stay in!

This was our first time in the area and the accommodations couldn't have been better. The home is cozy, warm, inviting and it comes with everything you'll need and more. It is conveniently located close to the casinos, shopping areas, great restaurants and lake access points. If you want to feel disconnected, the breathtaking view will have you wanting to stay longer. If you want the comfort of home, you get all the tech you need to enjoy a movie or music. Traveled with Wife, twin babies and parents who all loved it and would sign up again in a heartbeat. One of our babies took her first steps there!

Quiet Home

Property was quiet and had spectacular views of tress and you could see the water in the distance. Check in and out process was easy. Short drive to the casinos and area restaurants. Loved pets were allowed, only the dogs really did not have an area to use the restroom. Overall is was an excellent experience.

Great Cabin!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Lots of room to spread out, good cooking supplies, convenient location to restaurants, beaches and casinos. Communication with property manager was excellent.

Relaxing getaway

The property manager Jovie is an excellent host. The check-in and check-out process was easy, the property was clean and exceeded our group's expectations. Rules were effortless to follow and all general questions regarding usage of all amenities and sleeping arrangements were answered before we had to ask! The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of linens and jacuzzi towels. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location

This house was spacious and we all fit comfortably. It's in a great location in that it's away from the main strip, but close enough to get there quickly. Good access to the lake as well. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again

Location! Perfect cabin feel

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin near state line. It’s located close to everything we needed. 10 minutes from the casinos. I rode my mountain bike out of the driveway and was on the trails in 2 minutes! Definitely will be staying here again!

The only place in Tahoe that I’ll ever stay!!!

Absolutely loved Eric’s home! It was quiet, warm, clean, cozy and safe! We felt liked we were the only people in Tahoe! What a great experience. Eric’s home provided us everything we needed for a quick getaway and we absolutely loved the outdoor hot tub! I highly recommend anyone staying in Tahoe to stay here!! 5 Stars!

A true Tahoe Stay

Wow, what an amazing place. My wife and in-laws enjoyed this place more than you can imagine. Five minutes from the casinos which my father-in-law loves to gamble. This place gives that Tahoe feel with the decor and setting. And to top it off has amazing views with a hot tub on the deck. We plan to stay here again in the future as we visit Tahoe frequently
