The reception staff are interested and attentive, our room (No.8) was well provisioned and superclean, we were in walking distance of interesting local shops and restaurants, and a short Uber to the CBD. "Not only is the location excellent, these may be the most comfortable hotel beds ever! The rooms are on the smaller side (to be expected in Sydney) but very clean and have everything you need. The staff are super helpful and the cold lemon water station in the foyer was a nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good too. Will stay again!"
