「Clean room, interesting yet functional kitchenette in a cupboard solution, decent bed, good shower, in general all ok. The building is in a state of renovation and the location is right besides the highway. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We (my dog and I) had a good stay.」

「Es war für mich nicht erkennbar das ich eine Gemeinschafts Küche und eine Gemeinschafts Bad erhalte. Es gibt nirgends eine Möglichkeit sein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet. Zimmer war sauber.」

「SCHLECHT! Leider sehr verwohnt. Steckdosenabdeckungen fehlen. Überall ist es staubig und schmuddelig. Im Waschbecken waren noch Essensreste. Das Handtuch war muffig, im Bettlaken waren Löcher. Die Kaffeedose zerbeuelt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig. Alles in allem ein schlechter Allgemeinzustand, der nicht zum wohlfühlen einlädt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und haben viel zu viel Geld bezahlt.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war allerdings sehr freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war reibungslos....

「The apartment was perfect for our recent stay in Cologne! It was clean, close to the train station, easily accessible and the host provided frequent and great communication. We especially appreciated the multiple fans provided as it was hot during our stay, but it was pleasant inside. Would recommend and stay again!」

「Eine tolle kl. Wohnung in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Für Hundeeltern besonders gut geeignet da es tolle Auslaufgebiete in direkter Wohnungsnähe gibt. Wir können sie sehr empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist super lediglich der Kühlschrank lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig.Wir kommen gerne wieder.」

「The property was very clean and comfortable. It has been updated. It was a 10 minute walk from the main station, although one could walk a block to ride the subway one stop, of you have luggage. If you follow Google maps, it will take you a 17-20 min walking route, but you can easily just view the map to take a more direct route.
