We were welcome by the reception who gave some explanations and explained the history of the hotel. The room is clean with all the necessities included. We had a good sleep in the comfortable bed. The room has its own theme which interesting to learn more on it. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us some complementary such as the night snacks and transport to the main station. Breakfast is also really good. It was an overall a great experience for our short stay. "

"Stayed here for 10 nights. 4 nights room was not cleaned. Toilet not working had to remove cistern at top to flush toilet. Shower was barely a trickle of water. Lights not on at top of stairs,nearly broke my leg. Had to use mobile phone with torch to open door with key. Eventually moved to another room for 4 nights which was better but not much. Room not cleaned again for 2 nights. An absolute deplorable hotel."
