"The hotel is situated on a quiet street. A super market, a small restaurant, and a convenience store is 2 minutes walk away. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was decent, and the lady serving the breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff was polite and helped with calling the taxis and giving directions. Very few people in Uzbekistan speak English, and the Google translate was very helpful. I wouldn't mind staying at this hotel again if I ever go back...

Staff were very attentive and helpful - particular thanks to Sardor who was the main guy at reception when I was coming no going and extremely helpful. I didn't have an opportunity to use the pool as the weather was quite mild and there had a couple of rainy days too, although it has been enclosed inside a glass structure which can make it more accessible and versatile for many people."
