"Wonderful hotel with delicious breakfasts including freshly cooked eggs to order and real coffee. Good location with a 15 minute walk through parks to the Registan. Staff were excellent with good English. The only slight negative was that the bathroom ventilation was poor, and when we mentioned that to the manager, he moved us to another better room with a much better bathroom. Excellent service!"

"Hotel is in prime location, just a short walk to key attractions in Khiva. Check in was a breeze as the staff instantly knew that i have a booking. The hotel feels modern, and the room is nicely decorated and clean. The photos I took didn't look as pretty as the actual. Cars are not able to park directly in front of the hotel because the "main road" which leads to the attractions are only for carts and bicycles but not for vehicles. It's a short walk of less than 5mins to the (car accessible)...

"It's a shame we were only there for one night as we had an early morning flight to Khiva as it's a wonderful place. The taxi from the airport was arranged via the hotel and the boys who drove us were great to chat to and very friendly and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and although we were only there a short time it was one of the most comfortable rooms in our entire Uzbek stay! highly recommended."
