"A modern hotel with very good breakfast. The rooms are clean. The staffs are responsive. However, the HVAC is hard to control. Our room was too warm. Our final control was to open the windows to cool the room. We enjoyed the hotel's wonderful spa."

These are all on the plus side. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated how well everything works, everything is clean and new.
